The only people who would have seen Eska in the past month or so would be those that use the private magic library, and then only fleetingly as she rushed to look something up then hurried back to her room in Ankh-Morpork to continue work. Stress has really been taking its toll ( Read more... )

Eska's been busy recently. Her thesis deadline is fast approaching and she lives in a world where to write a thesis out in triplicate requires just that - writing it out three times. It's been a stressful few months all told, and she has had more than a few migraines ( Read more... )

Eska found an apple tree a couple of months ago, for Tim's funeral. She likes apples trees: they make her nostalgic, and somehow feel like home.

She's not sitting in it this time, but under it, curled up around a book, trying to decide if it's too windy to be out today.
